Contacting the Community Site Support Team
There are three ways to contact the Support Team.

It is full of useful information on how to use the site, answers to frequently asked questions and a discussion forum where you can raise any issues or questions you have about the site
- Send a message to 'support'
Use the Community Site’s internal messaging system to send a message to the Support Team. Click here to access your inbox.

Our team regularly monitors the site and will respond to your query as quickly as possible.
Quick Start Guide (more Help guides coming soon)
This guide will help you through the main sections in the SLC Community Site. Use the left-hand navigation to link through to the different sections.
From here you can:
- Access content in the ‘Resources’ section.
Browse for the resource you want, and upload resources you wish to share with colleague. - Subscribe, read and post in the ‘Communities’.
By clicking on ‘manage your community subscriptions’ you can subscribe to all of the communities you need, and start new topics. - Send and receive messages in ‘Messaging’.
Compose a new message, by typing the recipient’s name in the ‘to’ box. Add an attachment by browsing your files and selected the required document. - View and complete your PTP in ‘Coaching’.
Here you will be able to view content and send and receive tasks or activities. - Upload your image and provide other users with information about yourself in ‘Profile’.
